Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mystashlabs.com website, the MyStash application, and any purchases you make ("Services"), provided by MyStash Labs ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The software licence
Your use of the MyStash application is licensed, not sold, and is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding the app, the EULA controls.
2. Free and Pro
MyStash is free to download and use within the limits described on our pricing page. Purchasing MyStash Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks the Pro features for the licensed user. MyStash Pro is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
3. Purchases & payment
Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction. By completing a purchase you also agree to that provider's terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not: (a) copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software except as permitted by the EULA; (b) attempt to circumvent licensing or access controls; (c) use the Services to infringe others' rights or to store or distribute content you are not legally entitled to; or (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.
5. Your content
MyStash organises and plays media that already exists on your own device. You retain all rights to your files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use the media you manage with MyStash.
6. Intellectual property
The MyStash software, website, branding and content are owned by MyStash Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyStash Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the EULA.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyStash Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Questions? Email [email protected].
MyStash and MyStash Pro are provided by MyStash Labs, an independent software studio. MyStash Pro is sold through our Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller of record for the transaction.
